My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were big and comfy but had a hole in the wall, making me feel a bit concerned about privacy. Despite being comfortable, they were not soundproofed well enough, especially when people talked loudly early in the morning. The beds and pillows, however, were very cozy. The service was a mixed experience with very friendly staff but some issues rebooking rates and an extra charge for a later checkout. The location was convenient for both Johns Hopkins Hospital and the Inner Harbor but felt somewhat run down and had many people outside begging for money. The dining experience was basic, and the breakfast ran out early. Despite these issues, the hotel had welcoming outdoor features.

The location was convenient for my activities as it was close to the Baltimore harbor, but the area around the hotel seemed a little sketchy and not as pleasant with homeless individuals nearby.
